She worked with us once and then just disappeared—not terribly unusual it seems.
She was fascinating and had an air about her that I remember even now. I was be-
coming increasingly frustrated with our work in the burned-out house. No matter
what I had tried, there were problems with exposure. The day Merlot came to model
was no exception. Later, as I scanned the images of her, I saw one that JD had cre-
ated. It was perfect in every way. Our NyghtVision Methodology was born from the
images we created that day. She will most likely never know how significant that one
day with us was.
