Cart, and they gave it high marks for ease of us, intuitive design,
and overall visual experience. We decided to remove our old Cli-
ent Order System site and direct clients to Red Cart instead.
We should note that RedCart offers two plans - you can host it
yourself on your own server, or, like other services, you can have
RedCart host your site for you. We are a very "tech savvy" group
so we elected to host it ourselves. We strongly recommend that
you let RedCart host your site for you unless you are very tech-
nical - to the point where you can use and write PHP code. The
functionality is the same.
Shortly after RedCart was installed on our server, we had a server
crash. About half of RedCart was deleted or had become corrupt.
We logged a support ticket and the problem was resolved with-
in the hour. RedCart also apologized for not resolving the ticket
faster. Wow. How often does that happen? Never......
If you are serious about retail, we strongly urge you to consider
RedCart.
