Here at The House of NyghtFalcon, we reserve a number of images to use to test each re-
lease of new software. We keep a collection of RAW images and different versions of the
RAW images processed as TIFs. By processing those images and then comparing the output
to images processed with version 7, we can tell you that image quality has indeed improved.
Film Pack 3 does not come with Optics Pro. However, we strongly recommend purchasing
Film Pack with version 8. Coupled with version 8, Film Pack adds dramatically to the emotional
impact of your images.

THE USER INTERFACE

While version 8 retains the overall look and feel of version 7, the layout of tool palettes is significantly
improved over previous releases. NOTE: Version 8 has two modes for lighting control—version 8’s
new controls and, for backward compatibility, you can select version 7 controls.
