                 Find a wall or any flat surface.



                 Stand so your back is to the wall and your heels are touching it.



                 Walk eight feet straight forward and then turn and face the wall.



                 Step to you right, keeping the same distance between you and the wall.




            5    Now walk back to the wall. If you walked eight steps from the wall initially,


                 you should be eight back. If not, do this again.


            6    Repeat this exercise so that you do at least eight points on an arc from



                 the wall.
