          If you were to ask Falcon which photographers shaped and in-

          fluenced the style of The House of NyghtFalcon, one of those


          would be George Hurrell.



          Often using little more than Fresnel lights from movie sets, pots,


          pans, and sheets of metal left laying around on sets, Hurrell

          created, defined, and embodied glamour photography for more

          than four decades.




          Over the years, we have tried to replicate Hurrell's style with


          little success. With Profoto's Cine Reflector, we have finally

          found the tools we needed. In this essay we will look at how we

          have used the Cine Reflector to create images in the tradition


          of Hurrell.
