This is what I wanted to achieve and did.

 When the strobes fired, the B2 heads discharged at a 45

degree angle to the reflector. Because these heads were posi-
tioned below the B4 heads, when they fired against the reflec-
tor, a “layer” of very diffuse light would be created below the
windows and along the floor..
